For those familiar with the older version, you know right away and appreciate the differences, but to unlock the full potential, you really need the Pro version. Launch QuickTime Player 7, you can even use it alongside QuickTime Player X if you want. Open / Applications / Utilities / to find “QuickTime Player 7” – it is installed separately from QuickTime Player X and does not conflict at all with the new version.
